Project and English Learner Directors (PELD) Meetings 2016-2017

These meetings are for district-level categorical, project and English learner directors and coordinators who oversee federal and state education projects including services for English learners (ELs).  Directors and specialists will share expertise about federal and state programs and legislation, funding, regulations, assessment and accountability, Federal Program Monitoring (FPM), and Title III monitoring.  Topics for discussion include California Standards/English Language Development Standards, Program Improvement (PI), English learners, alignment of state and federal programs, and best instructional practices.
