Coach networking will allow for coaches to gather virtually with other coaches throughout the year. These sessions will provide opportunities for reflective coaches to engage in structured collaboration to share coaching strategies and successes with candidates as well as find solutions for possible challenges each may face. This truly will be a designated time for reflective coaches to ask clarifying questions, offer suggestions and share valuable coaching resources.
