Creating Accessible Word Files

Learn how to use Word features to create documents that look great and are accessible for people with disabilities who may be using assistive technology. All files posted to the RCOE Website must be accessible, so if you post Word files, or PDF files created from Word files, to the RCOE Website, you will want to attend this training. The training will take an existing Word document and make it accessible, so you can see how techniques we all use to create Word files on a daily basis can be easily modified to make huge improvements for all users accessing the file.
