Calling All New School Counselors!
Join us for a series of three (3) cohort-based workshops focused on distinct themes relating to school counseling leadership, advocacy, and structure. In the fall, we will be working on developing your school counseling program. In the winter, we will focus on use of data, including identifying college and career readiness indicators. In the spring, we will identify tools to assess your program's outcomes, strengths and areas of growth.

Purpose
- To equip participants with resources, strategies and tools to build a comprehensive school program which aligns with LCAP, MTSS and the ASCA National Model.
- To explore the role of today's school counselors as leaders, change agents and systems thinkers within their schools.
- To acquire skills in assessing school counseling programs, including identifying data to show impact over time.
- To grow and learn with regional experts and support from peers by developing a network of professional development.
